Refund policy

At Trends Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and refunds within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original, unused condition
• All original tags must be attached
• The item must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for a return or refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.
