Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The communication and treatment I received through WhatsApp felt dismissive and showed a lack of respect toward the customer.
In addition, the boxers were not the same size as the original ones, and the box arrived already opened and was not properly sealed.
Overall, I am not satisfied with the experience or the product, and I expected a much higher level of service.
Thank you.
